The Research & Development Centre, which has been continuing its activities continuously since 2017 within the body of TKG Otomotiv A.Ş., continues to serve its customers with a system that has achieved the level of software – hardware required by the automotive industry and aims for continuous development.
With our fast and well communicated team, we are able to offer alternative solutions that both develop and improve the Product – Process needs of our customers.
PROCESS IDENTIFICATION
- Cold stamping, roll forming and welding process operations

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Project management of cold forming, roll forming, EV Battery parts, assembly, welding
- Management of tools, fixtures and tool apparatus specific to each customer and in line with the target quality level, taking the requirements of the customers and the timing of the project into account
- Fundamental Patterns (APQP, PPAP, MSA, Control Plan, P-FMEA…)
- Management of internal and external teams and suppliers
